#1 The Easiest way to do this is to place the ReFresh 3.0 LED Facemask over your Inner Arm.
#2 Switch on the mask and allow the mask to run for 2 minutes using the selected wavelength.
#3 If at any time your skin feels hot or uncomfortable STOP using the device.
#4 Wait at least 6 hours after the treatment

to use the mask and start very slowly.
